Al Stober Construction announces the development of the DISTRICT MARKET at landmark.

Al Stober Construction is excited to announce its latest development at Landmark. The DISTRICT MARKET will open its doors later this sum 1n er to become Kelowna 's newest mixed -use dining and farmfresh culinary market destination. The project will provide for 6 new retail tenants that will create new amenities for the Landmark area.

M+M Architecture has successfully transformed the former Turner VW Building into a bright and open warehouse/industrial-looking space that is inviting, relaxed and inspirational. It was an intentional decision to re-purpose the existing building in order give the area a more small-scale pedestrian friendly experience.

Landmark District is already known as the engine of Kelowna's business, where the most innovatively progressive and growth oriented companies make their home. With the DISTRICT MARKET already 50% leased and opening this summer, Landmark has shown its commitment to turning the area into a local food hub for culinary excellence and choice.
